What if I change my mind?
For a change of mind return, please post back your items to PO Box 87288, Auckland 1742, New Zealand, with a note explaining the return, within 14 days for a full refund excluding shipping. Return postage rests on the customer returning the items, and the products must be in their original condition. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If any product or its packaging is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days, you may not be eligible for a refund for this item.
