Set Shipping Rate
Shipping is only $5.95 (including gst) for any urban addresses in New Zealand, no matter how large your order is. Orders over $60 get free shipping to urban addresses within New Zealand.
Rural delivery is $8.45 If you live at a rural address you must select the Rural Delivery option in the checkout for your order to be delivered. Unfortunately we must charge this extra fee because smaller third party courier operators are sub contracted by our courier company to deliver your parcel.
Regular shipping normally takes 3-5 working days once your order has been sent. Working days do not include public holidays or weekends.

What if I change my mind?
For a change of mind return, please post back your items to PO Box 87288, Auckland 1742, New Zealand, with a note explaining the return, within 14 days for a full refund excluding shipping. Return postage rests on the customer returning the items, and the products must be in their original condition. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If any product or its packaging is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days, you may not be eligible for a refund for this item. If you would like to exchange some or all of your order for other sizes/designs, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they can work through this with you for the most cost effective solution in terms of additional shipping/postage costs.
